What a week :(

Monday was doomly-chaotic, and I only just managed to ring someone in time to get them to save me a place at pizza. S turned up, and seemed to enjoy the experience, which was cool. Then back to Foundation for Amber; not a lot seemed to happen, but Clare's funky Trump tricks are getting better all the time, which is good.

Yesterday was another long day - I didn't get away until 7.05pm, which meant I was woefully late for SCA Laserquest; fortunately, they were running late too. Laserquest was OK - I didn't do very well, at least partly due to being too tired, and having a wonky gun that didn't fire very well.

Thereafter, I discover that my panniers and saddle-bag had been nicked. I've left them attached to the bike for over a year without problems, and there wasn't anything very valuable in them - just lots of bits and pieces that will be a right PITA to replace :( Very frustrating. Games Evening was quite fun, though. Played Dopplekopt with Sally and Tom and senji and Sarah.

Today has been irritating too. My inpatient of the day is a very bitey GSD with a urinary problem that really ought to be a medicine case, and I had a row with the clinician about whether the procedure we're going to do tommorow is necessary or not. Then someone shouted at me for failing to be in two places at once. I hate this place.
