Well, I emailed the elective organiser this morning, and I'm taking the lack of reply to mean she isn't expecting me in this afternoon. Feh.

Good morning at the UL, have some notes and a couple of books now; making some progress on that section of the write-up.

My sore throat isn't very good - I'm managing on 8/500 co-codomol, ibuprofen and disprin gargles, but only just. If it gets any worse, I'll have to go the quack. Maybe the white plaques on my tonsils will convince him I'm not making a fuss over nothing :/

Right, back to the rhinos...

Well, quite a productive day, I guess. I've now done 2 pages of text, with 2 pages of references (emacs reckons about 1500 words in total), and all the introduction is done.

I'm feeling pretty exhausted now, TBPH. I think I'll go to games evening for a little bit, and see if I perk up somewhat. Throat isn't improving.
