Yesterday, claroscuro, senji and I cycled to Ely (the scenic way), got a train back to Waterbeach, and then cycled home from there. Aside from getting rained on on the last leg, it was a really good afternoon, and I'm reassured that neither the bike nor I broke ;)

Then claroscuro and I had lemon sole, which was really really nice. Next time, however, I shall get the fishmonger to fillet it, rather than doing so myself - much faff. I seasoned the fillets with lemon juice, salt and black pepper, rolled them up skin-inside, and cooked them for 15 minutes at Gas 5. Mmmm....

I'm shortly off on a cycling tour round the Preston/Blackburn area - back on Saturday, all being well.
