It's very simple, really. At some point, you're going to have to ask them, preferably in person, if they fancy coffee / lunch / dinner / other-social-interaction, preferably making the nature of the invitation quite clear. You should allow their response to inform your progress from there. ATM I don't see how else you're going to find out if they're interested or not.
