Ben G invited me (and some others) round for Meat tonight (he does this from time to time, but this was the first time I'd been invited). There was zebra, impala, and eland, along with a Raclette grill (and Raclette, on new potatoes). All three were cut into strips, and I ate them pretty rare. They were quite beefy to my taste (although some people though more venisony), and quite tender if rare (they got tough pretty quickly if you forgot about them and over-cooked them). The eland was particularly flavourful.

There was pudding too, and now I am very full and contented :-)
