...but it's going to be earlier than that all week from now. I'm on orthopaedics "on" week this week, so I have to work up any in-patients in my care before 8am rounds; I have to get up an hour before I need to be at the vet school, so this means <7am alarms. Urgle. More irritatingly, today I did about 15 minutes' work before about 10.15. I have one case going to surgery this afternoon, so hopefully tommorow will be more gentle. Hopefully.

Saturday was a write-off, really; I spent much of it lying in bed or on the sofa feeling grotty, whilst senji and Sarah looked after me admirably. Yesterday, I felt significantly better, so went to Chapel. After which, Sarah and I went to Tesco, I had a row with the neighbours about car parking (which I seem to have won), and we had Sally round for a very nice dinner (even if one of my sauces went almost-solid).

Of course, this meant we had to talk about housing arrangements, and there was the revelation-of-d00m. I am still alive, though, so it didn't go as badly as expected. It remains to see how this will affect things, though.
