Not too bad a weekend, in the end. I helped Owen moving house on Friday night, then went to the Alma for a beer to mark St Cyril and St Methodius. Saturday, I joined a scrum at Cambridge to get a train to London (and thence to Oxford) for the TS committee meeting. The doom-aspects weren't as doom as I'd thought they might be, mostly because the TS committee (unlike many other committees I've been involved in) always seems able to have even quite strong disputes, and still remain friends. Eventually got home, after misleading announcements at Oxford nearly got me stuck on a train to Basinstoke, and a long tube journey because Paddington was closed.

Sunday started with the usual Chapel/Methsoc Lunch combination, and then Sarah and I went to the Orchard in Grantchester, and spent the rest of the afternoon. The CUSFS AGM went less badly than I thought; I think the most unpleasant remarks were those made when I stood for memsec. After that, I went back to Foundation for dinner.

Today, I am very tired, after only getting about 2-3 hours' sleep last night. Thankfully, there is *nothing* to do; alas, the bike shop isn't open today, so I can't try and get that fixed [front chain-ring is worn out]. Hopefully, I should make it to pizza, but it's going to be an early night thereafter...
