...but sometimes it pours. Not only is my throat bad today (as in, still pretty painful even after I've taken drugs-of-doom), but I have a stinking cold which is bunging up my nose and making sleep nigh-on impossible. All of which hardly leaves me feeling awake and alert and ready to work on the elective write-up :-/

atreic came round for dinner and bridge last night, which was nice. It's always lovely to see her :-)
