Oh well, my first character death since I started playing angband again:
Matthew the High-Elf mage, Level 13
Killed by Lagduf, the Snaga on Dungeon Level 6
(User 1024, Date 2003-10-25, Gold 1528, Turn 703185)

I'd gone down to level 6, and appeared in a room full of orcs! Despite teleporting away, they all chased after me, and despite me making pretty good progress through them, Lagduf started hitting me when I was low on mana.
