My somewhat silly habit of filking frere Jacques started years ago, on my A-level biology field trip. It was on the pembrokeshire coast, which was still recovering from the oil-spill the previous year (we're talking about 1996 now, IIRC). Accordingly, the following was generated (I think by myself, but I don't remember now):

Milford Haven,
Milford Haven,
Deep and wide,
Deep and wide,
You would think a ship could,
You would think a ship could,
Miss the side,
Miss the side.

[Historical footnote: The spill was 15th February 1996, and the ship was the Sea Empress (more details)]

I remember that - and I was in Pembrokshire the following summer. All the beaches had signs up, "You are stringly recommended to avoid Church Doors beach due to heavy oiling."

Although actually, they all looked quite clean for the most part.
