I went to the scheduling meeting on tuesday 13th January. I gave the CUR1350 memsec a cheque, and a picture of me, and filled in an ID card. He couldn't laminate it there and then because he was out of laminating pockets. He promised it would be with me before my first show.

Today, *10 days later*, I still have no membership card. Tommorow is my first show, I have a playlist, some idea of what I'm going to say, but no card. Without a card I won't be able to get in to the studio. I am *not* a happy bunny.

Hit responsible person with pointy sticks and a suggestion that as it's his problem he should arrange for alternative access arrangements?

Is there somebody you can phone and hassle? Even if it's now too late to get the card, somebody should be able to let you into the studio if they know that you should have a card & it's not your fault you don't have one, IYSWIM.

The problem is that access control is by the Churchill porters, who we are Not Allowed to Piss Off.

I think I may suggest the memsec turns up at 11pm tommorow to let me in :/
