emperor at 03:46pm on 27/01/2004The vet school library is doing a clear-out of old books. There's a vast range of obscure and ancient veterinary works (including a few texts in modern Greek!); if anyone wants to come up and browse I'm sure it can arranged.
Of possibly more general interest is:
1952 reprint of the 3rd (1944) edition Shorter OED (2 volumes, good condition).
It's free if anyone wants it, otherwise it'll end up skipped at the end of the week. Shout if you do, and I'll see what I can do.
