Well, yesterday was a bit of a non-entity. I registered for my elective, and got a meningitis C vaccine. If you're under 25 in the UK, and haven't had one yet, go and get one - they're free now, and a Good Idea.

The exception was seeing the RSC do the Bible in the evening. It's very, very funny, particularly the Old Testament. If you've not seen it, go and do so!

Today was the uk.religion.christian newgroup meet in Stevenage (I guess quotes and photos will be somewhere on the web soon). Quite a range of people turned up, including a fair few Cambridge-based people. We got talking a bit about CICCU, SCM and the need for a "Methsoc for Anglicans, or moderate Christians" - it seems there's a fair bit of interest out there, and it just needs harvesting. Something to think about there. I got driven in a 1975 Triumph Stag too :-)

I'm not out to a party tonight - I'm just settling down with a G&T, so I'll write a bit elsewhere, and then head to bed. No hang-over for me tommorow!
Music:: Hildegard of Bingen: Chants for the feast of St. Ursula
