rmc28 and I sort-of bullied each other into going to ninjutsu this evening; offering to give her a lift ensured I had enough arsed to leave the house. It was good to get back to it - I always feel better after a training session, despite the inevitable bruises :)

The Random Walk isn't happening tonight, which is a bit of shame, since I really enjoy it after ninjutsu. I guess I should get an early night instead...
