wow. 5 courses, with wine with each course, and Marsala for aperitif. I don't think I've been involved in serving such a large dinner for 5 people before (I just chose the wine and did some serving).

Roughly:

Aperitif: marsala superior
Fish: Scampi and Salad, with Chilean chardonnay/sauvignon blanc
Main: Roast lamb+veg, with french AOC red
Dessert: profiteroles and cream, with sauternes
Fruit+cheese with port and sweet french white
coffeee
Mood:: satieted
