I've been trying to repair the electronic-form KJV (long story. don't
ask unless you want a rant); and in doing so I've come across a little issue. For example:

Psa92
2 To shew forth thy lovingkindness in the morning, and thy faithfulness every
night,

"lovingkindness" appears in another 25 places in the OT:

Ps17:7 Ps26:3 Ps36:7 Ps36:10 Ps40:10 Ps40:11 Ps42:8 Ps48:9 Ps51:1
Ps63:3 Ps69:16 Ps88:11 Ps89:33 Ps103:4 Ps107:43 Ps119:88 Ps119:149
Ps119:159 Ps138:2 Ps143:8 Je9:24 Je16:5 Je31:3 Je32:18 Ho2:19

Now Senji thought that should be "loving kindness", which
various old Bibles [livejournal.com profile] j4 looked in had, along with "louing
kindnesse" "mercy" and (once) "loving-kindness". The text seems to be
a not-quite-up-to-date-language KJV, advertising itself merely as
"Holy Bible, Authorized (King James) Version. Textfile 930105."

My question is: for this version of the text, should I be using
"lovingkindness", "loving-kindness" (which the OED prefers), "loving
kindness", or something else? Quoting other online sources is probably not helpful, since I suspect strongly they all derive from the same original...
