Yay! Calling last night. There were many people (include firewoman who seemed to only know me as gollum, j4, lnr, hoiho and of course claroscuro), and I solved the drink problem by a) drinking lots with dinner b) taking a hip-flask full of Benedictine :)

Danced lots until the very end, then cycled home. Have just had a bath, so I no longer reek :-)

Good things: lovely day today, had lunch with a few friends on Parkers Piece. naranek seems to want me to sing in his next band.

Bad things: little or no progress on elective today. And it seems my unique (hah!) University CArd, which I can use to buy food in college and borrow books from the UL has a duplicate - some arsehole has been buying food in college, and it's going on *my* account :-(
