Yay! Calling last night. There were many people (include [livejournal.com profile] firewoman who seemed to only know me as gollum, [livejournal.com profile] j4, [livejournal.com profile] lnr, [livejournal.com profile] hoiho and of course [livejournal.com profile] claroscuro), and I solved the drink problem by a) drinking lots with dinner b) taking a hip-flask full of Benedictine :)

Danced lots until the very end, then cycled home. Have just had a bath, so I no longer reek :-)

yes, calling was good - though i suspect that in any state of sobriety, id not have gone! emperor, i blame you!! the bnedictine was good. im glad i brought it home after christmas...
