I posted earlier about needing an audition piece for my audition tommorow. megamole suggested (amongst other things), Fili mi, Absolon, by Heinrich Schütz.

So, I look it up on CPDL, and decide it looks plausible. I wander into the UL, find a real paper copy (a tone lower, which was an unexpected bonus), and then amble into town where I find a choice of recordings in Heffers Sound. I buy this one, and feel generally pleased with myself :)
