She's a bit of a gin fiend but probably too far away to just drop in. ;o)

Bah, not only do I miss Under Milk Wood, but I was away when the gin tasting was announced! All this getting married and moving house stuff is harsh. :)

Are you going to recreate the blind tasting they did with "experts" last week?

Well, we haven't got any experts, and I haven't read about that, so probably not!

Ignore me, that was vodka but it had interesting results, i.e. the tasters were supposed to identify the main source of the vodka (grain, potato etc.) and largely couldn't. They also picked a grape vodka as their favourite although grain vodkas are said to be the best.

You still could do a blind tasting and see how many people recognise brands or pick something really cheap and nasty as their favourite. ;o)

Good icon, btw. :o)

It's going to be a single-blind tasting (i.e. I'll know what is what, but no-one else will).

I'm hoping at least one person really likes the dirt cheap stuff :)
