I set off a monster-summoning trap due to mis-remembering whether I'd done find traps and doors (it looked like a bit of map I'd been close to before), which is a silly mistake. It summoned a yMHD, mind flayer, vampire, and dark elven priest. In the first round, I got strength-drained (slowing me, so they all got a second shot), int-drained (twice), mind blasted, and blinded, which meant none of my escape plans would work. the !CCW was about the only option, but the HP were never really going to last :( So, second on the high-score table, after quite a small number of turns really.
