Spent today looking round Battle abbey (and the battlefield) with the family, thence on to Hastings to look at the Castle and then St. Clement's Caves. Despite forecasts, the weather was good, and it was a Grand Day Out.

Got in, and was phoned by kt. We spent nearly 90 minutes on the phone :) Upshot of this is I'm going to Cambridge on Sunday afternoon, and will be there until I go off cycling the following Sunday; kt starts working at the Summer School on tuesday evening, so I will be more idle thereafter. I may bring her to pizza, but we'll see - she might find all those geeks disturbing :)

Hmm, Tuesday or Wednesday evening are both good for me, I don't think I'm doing anything Friday as yet, and Saturday afternoon is always good for these things if more time than one evening can afford is considered necessary.

Where you cycling to?

All of those dates (Tue, Wed, Fri, Sat afternoon) are fine by me too.

The Bagpuss DVD claims a total running time of 3 hours 13 minutes; that might be a little long for one evening, but on the other hand would you really want to watch all 13 episodes in one sitting? :-)

These dates are all fine with me too, but I think I may prefer Saturday afternoon.

3 hours? easy! LoTR was longer than that :)
