Well, IANAG obviously, but Halloween clearly has been hijacked by filthy goffick types who will obviously eat us all alive. ;)

Being Not A Goth, I am going to a sensible Halloween party tonight, not in black obviously, leaving behind a Halloween cake of joy in Weathertop. :)

Not at all; I just randomly made it and I was planning on importing it to House and the Halloween party, but please do take a slice or two. Not sure what it's like, but there is chocolatey spicey goodness within, and it smelled lovely. :)
