Sorry that my last entry lied about when I was getting back, but I'm here now, so tough :)
The cycling tour was very good fun, and I rang a new method (Duffield Royal, for the interested), but exceedingly hard work 50 miles on the first day, up (and occasionally down) some of Derbyshire's finest hills...
My knees are quite bad now; maybe the quack will say something useful on Monday... [after which appointment, I'm going to meet kt again :)]
so now to unpack, and go and get lunch. Then to the womack-party tonight.
