The one on the left is frowning ferociously, and the one on the right is looking rather shifty. More likely evil than not.

(However, this isn't necessarily mutually exclusive with "cute". Cats often manage both at once, for instance.)

I like that :)

Actually, it reminds me of a fic I started writing ages ago called Sheep Wars. It was meant to be a children's story revealing the undercover war that was raging between the sheep and the cows (and their associated allies), but it became rather dark when I killed off one of the sheep and another one went on the rampage trying to avenge him, so I though it might not be suitable for children after all.
