emperor at 06:27pm on 20/10/2002Quite a good weekend, really. Friday night, I went to St. Francis' House for drinks and food with the monks there (and other students who go to Bene't's') which was good, followed by fixing Kate's computer a bit more.
Saturday, after a lateish start, there was much house-tidying, a bit more of Jon's nascant Amber campaign, Anke turned up, and then Jon's birthday party (I got the fire going too :) at which Carboard Heretics were burned, and a good time had by all. I wonder if anyone got hungover from my Champagne-Gin-Lemon Juice cocktails :)
Today, the parents turned up, and we went to Audley End for a craft fair (I have a shiny new ceramic wizard), and then to Ickworth (where I picked up a replacement pack of cards), which was good despite the rain. I'm now off for a curry with my rotation group.
It's amazing how much happier I am at the weekends...
