I could reliably have told you it was called Rule n, for a positive integer n somewhere between 20 and 50. But I'd guess that on at least one occasion I've referred to it as Rule 43 or Rule 23 or some other incorrect value :-)
FTAO, I know that rule 34 states that one must always put the ice cube tray back in the freezer after taking ice cubes, and should refill it if necessary.
I have seen the XKCD cartoon before but when I saw rule 34 my thought was that it was the one in the highway code about cars giving cyclists enough space when overtaking -- but checking your cycling tag shows that in fact that is rule 163
