Very very disturbing.

I would like to choose my own death, but absolutely not at the risk of giving such a final solution to a culture who largely see disability as a burden. The thing that struck me about that article was that it only focused on the physical. No comment about someone knowing their brain is failing.

That headline contains one of my pet gripes: "The Disabled". I always want to say: "Please clarify. Do you mean: All people with disabilities, most people with disabilities, or some people with disabilities?"
