Matthew's Journal

I grew up with some of the music (my mother has an eclectic collection of LPs including quite a lot of bluegrass and country-before-it-became-pop), and have enjoyed the series while feeling it needed to be two shows. There was never quite enough about the music, and also I wanted to hear more of Hunter's recollections of growing up, his decision to emigrate, and his reflections on what has changed and what hasn't, and how it feels to go back after living as an expat for so long.
