Yesterday's beer

[livejournal.com profile] atreic went to the beer festival for dinner yesterday, during which time I tried three Scottish beers .


  1. Wolf (Windswept; 6%) interesting Old Ale, slightly sweet taste
  2. Weizen (Windswept; 5.2%) decent unfiltered wheat beer, but not as good as what you'd get on the Continent
  3. Ghost Town (Cromarty; 5.8%) a very dark porter; while these should be fairly bitter, I think the hops were a bit over-done.
