claroscuro and I had a very nice dinner on Friday night (since senji wasn't around). Salmon steaks covered in olive oil, garlic and herbes de provence and grilled, served with asparagus tips, mushrooms and chips. Also, a lemon sauce (heat juice of 2 lemons with 1 1/2 tbsp sugar until dissolved, add in 2tsp cornflour dissolved in a little water, heat until thick), which was just right (the last effort used more sugar and was too sweet).
