You know how often I've seen standards of animal welfare _deteriorate_ after this sort of nonsense, since your bunny-hugger type doesn't like the sight of blood.

At one of my previous environments we had to change the small-mammal killing procedure, from knocking them hard on the head to asphyxiating them with CO_2_. as a result of that sort of thing. The whole thing made me ill.

*shrug*

Maybe that's why I now pay the mortgage by developing software. (Naah, it isn't, but it's a part of the Great Disillusionment I had)
