Oh wow, climbing's always been a thing I really wanted to do- it was just that doing it would require my dad to come along and help me and he didn't fancy it (now that I'm old enough to do it myself I'm nowhere near a decent wall!).

Yeah, having to go to Stowmarket or Peterborough to climb is a real bore. There is a wall at Kelsey Kerridge, but it's crap.

We lived right close to this place.
I only climbed there twice (my dad gave up after that) but it was awesome =).
