Most gins I use lime as the garnish, but with Hendricks I'll use cucumber if we've got it. Sometimes I add a few drops of angostura bitters. Sometimes I'll add muddled strawberries and black pepper, although that's on it's way to being a cocktail rather than a G&T. Ophir is well worth a try.
