Well, all LJs are now referred to as username.livejournal.com, even free ones. This, of course, reminded me of the joys of punycode.
So, without further ado, let me introduce you to http://☣⚠.livejournal.com, http://☣.livejournal.com (since U+26a0 seems not to be in many fonts), and, perhaps a little more alarmingly, http://ωωω.livejournal.com and http://ẉ ẉ ẉ.livejournal.com

I've been thinking a bit more about Unicode recently, as well as wanting another userpic. After playing around with http://xn--k4h0q.pick.ucam.org/ a bit, I realised I could use this to produce a very large character, screen-grab that, and GIMP it a little. Here is the result :)

ETA: this is quite cool, too.
